As Owner’s representative, our primary role is to provide oversight and coordination of the project from the owner’s perspective to ensure that it is delivered on schedule, on budget, with the highest quality possible. We view ourselves as an extension of the owner and solely represent the owner’s interest independent of the design professionals and general contractor. We have no allegiance to any architects, engineers or contractors.
We also play a key role in coordination and communication activities. Our responsibilities include providing comprehensive coordination among the architect/engineer, the geo-technical engineer, the contractors and the Commune during all phases.
What we can do for you
The following is an outline of the types of Owner's Representative services we provide, individually or in any combination:

1. PROJECT INITIATION PHASE The Project Initiation Phase includes the development of the Owner's Program and the review of the Project's feasibility based on the Owner's Program and other relevant information.

2. PROJECT DESIGN PHASE The Project Design Phase includes Services during the development of the Project design and specifications through the preparation of construction documents for the Project.

3. PROJECT CONSTRUCTION PHASE The Project Construction Phase commences upon the issuance of a written notice to proceed to the Owner's Contractor(s) to proceed with the construction of the Project.

4. PROJECT CLOSE-OUT PHASE The Project Close-Out Phase commences when the Project, or a designated portion, achieves Substantial Completion, and continues through Final Completion, and includes other Services.

Just as there are multiple reasons for including an owner's representative as part of your next chalet or house building project, there are also good reasons why an architect or builder is not the right choice to play this role. No architect, consultant, contractor or vendor shares the Owner's comprehensive scope of interest, with the exception of the Owner's Representative. Our proactive approach encourages designers, contractors and vendors to work together to achieve the Owner’s quality, cost and schedule objectives. By building positive working relationships among the project team members, we facilitate timely resolution of the problems and conflicts that are intrinsic to the design and construction process. We monitor and coordinate the efforts of all members of the project in order to enable the Owner to achieve maximum value for each Swiss frank expended.
We apply our experience with technical, business and legal issues to minimize our clients’ risk. Design and construction projects entail lengthy, complex financial and legal transactions in which claims and disputes often arise. We deal with such issues every day, and we utilize this experience to minimize the Owner's risk by establishing appropriate business and legal relationships among the project team.
We adapt the type and level of our services to fit the unique needs and requirements of each client. Our Owner's Representative assignments range from comprehensive management services throughout all project phases to specific tasks of short duration.
Price on request
We propose a fixed fee for a scope of services based on the duration and complexity of your project and your specific needs. Our fee is not on an hourly basis. There are no hidden costs.

Regardless of the range or our services chosen, our fees are only a fraction of the amount of savings we produce through efficient management and coordination of all project activities. As an Owner’s Representative, we assist our clients to achieve substantial reductions in construction costs without sacrificing construction quality.
